SBIRT and its Connections to the Recovery Paradigm

Written by Jessica Williams | September 27, 2013

Description

The movement toward a “recovery paradigm” is now well under way in the addictions field. This webinar proposes that SBIRT can benefit greatly from a linkage to various recovery support services–from the involvement of peer recovery specialists in the SBIRT process to the possibility of referring patients to local recovery support services as the result of a brief intervention. Note: Due to technical difficulties this recording did not start on time. Please accept our apologies.
