Targeted Self Care

Presenters

Valerie Daniel, PhD, LCSW, is a psychotherapist in private practice where she works with a variety of clients from individuals to couples dealing with issues ranging from low self-esteem, anxiety, transition to recovery, and depression. She finds time to give back to her profession as a Clinical Supervisor for master’s level social workers pursuing their LCSW.

Dr. Holly Sawyer, PhD, LPC, CAADC, NCC is the CEO of Life First Therapy, her solo private practice and the Therapy Loft Collective, an online group private practice. She provides clinical supervision to recent graduates and professional consultation to professionals. She is a mental health public speaker and self-published. She’s been featured on Psych Central, Best Colleges, Bustle, Popsugar, and more.
