The Role of the Pharmacist in the Management of Substance Use Disorders

Written by Marla Kauffman | June 14, 2023

Pharmacists are an underutilized resource in the management of patients with substance use disorders. With over 90% of the population residing within five miles of a pharmacy, pharmacists are the most accessible health care professional. This webinar will explore how pharmacists can be an important member of the healthcare team in providing optimal care to patients with substance use disorders.

Presenter

currently serves as the Assistant Dean for Student Services for the Duquesne University School of Pharmacy.
