Description

Transformational Chairwork is centered on the belief that there is a healing and transformative power in: (1) Giving voice to one’s inner parts, modes, and selves; and (2) Enacting or re-enacting scenes from the past, the present, or the future.

In this webinar, we explore the following issues:
– Understanding the Four Dialogues and how they can serve as the building blocks for a Chairwork-centered practice;
– Increasing motivation in addiction- and harm reduction psychotherapy;
– Engaging the Inner Critic and challenging self-hatred; and
– Overcoming trauma and interpersonal mistreatment
